Position
We’re looking for a Web App Developer to help implement updates to an existing web app. The app is already built, so this role focuses on improvements and structured updates, not full development from scratch.
You’ll work closely with our team, execute tasks clearly, and ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
Responsibilities:
Implement UI improvements based on provided designs and requirements
Set up and adjust security features, access levels, and user permissions
Configure instances, workflows, and backend rules as needed
Perform cleanup, optimization, and light troubleshooting
Maintain clean documentation of the work you complete
Communicate progress regularly and clearly with the team
Requirements:
Strong experience with modern web development
Familiarity with no-code / low-code systems
Ability to understand existing systems and improve them efficiently
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Consistent communication and reliable availability
Ability to meet deadlines without excuses
You struggle with communication
You disappear without giving updates
You tend to delay work or miss deadlines
You take on tasks and don’t finish them
You frequently overpromise and underdeliver
You cannot commit to completing tasks
